
Refund Policy
You will be given a full refund once your cancellation order is made within 24 hours. Any cancellation request must be made via phone email at info@bestkitchensandmore.com within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation. There are no cancellations allowed after 24 hours.
Claims
When freight is delivered or picked up, please verify that your order is intact and correct BEFORE signing the driver’s delivery slip or Bill of Lading. Any incorrect or missing items claims will NOT be honored once a delivery is signed for. If any items in the delivery appear to be damaged or missing, please note on the driver’s delivery ticket and contact Best Kitchens & More at info@bestkitchensandmore.com immediately.
There are times when everything on a delivery looks fine, but when you open the box the item is damaged. Please open all boxes within seven (7) days of delivery. If you do not file a claim or submit a claim form in this time frame of seven (7) days, a claim cannot be filed and the item will not be replaced. Damaged item claims must be made prior to assembly and/or installation. Any damaged item that is installed or assembled will not be replaced.
Replacements
To request a replacement for damages or warranty, please email Best Kitchens & More within seven (7) days of delivery and include in the subject line “Replacement Request”.
We may request that all damaged parts/products to be returned upon delivery of any replacement
parts, or pictures of the damaged goods be sent. Replacements will not be honored if the item being replaced has been installed/assembled or altered. (i.e. handles/holes drilled, etc) Replacements generally take 3-7 days for processing and shipping, but can vary based on part availability.
Returns
Best Kitchens & More will accept returns for up to 14 days after delivery date. We guarantee our items to be free from any defects in material or workmanship. The seller is not responsible when the item has been tampered with, misused, improperly installed, altered, or damaged through abuse or accident. Best Kitchens & More can only accept returns in good condition (original packaging). Returns can only be accepted in the condition in which they were delivered (RTA). RTA cabinets that are assembled can NOT be returned. All returns are subject to inspection and a 25% restocking fee, and credit will be applied to the customer account. Credit cannot be given for products returned to Best Kitchens & More without the proper paperwork.

All returns must be received within 45 days of purchase in order for a refund to be issued.
